Kuyili, as a part of the “Spread the Spice” exhibition event organized by Kanthari at Jawahar Balabhavan, Trivandrum on the 3rd day of October 15, 2023, hosted an engaging Drawing Competition. This three-day exhibition, courtesy of Kanthari, gathered more than 10 talented students who came to showcase their artistic skills. The theme for this competition was “My Birds,” a topic that encouraged participants to express their creativity and love for our avian friends.

In addition to the Drawing Competition, Kuyili also set up an informative stall to introduce visitors to the organization’s mission and how it intends to serve the community. As part of our outreach, we conducted an exciting matching puzzle activity related to birds. This activity helped people learn the names of different bird species and their vital roles in the environment.

Throughout the exhibition, we proudly displayed a collection of bird pictures captured during our photography journeys. This served as a self-learning platform for our visitors, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of the crucial roles birds play in our ecosystem. Each photograph was accompanied by detailed descriptions that highlighted the significance of these remarkable creatures in maintaining the balance of our environment.
